Notes
When repair the actuator, the current must be cut off to prevent damaging the machine or hurt.
Do not connect or take down the wire when the power is on.
The actuator should be prevent from water to avoid damaging the parts inside and motor.
The actuator should not be covered by the heating insulating material.
Operation
The actuator is actuated by the 2-way synchronous motor. When the valve is open or closed, it will generate the counted force for the driver that can turn off the microswitch inside and the driver will stop working. When the driver receives the control signal, the valve will open a little and stop at any position without signal. The signal sent out by the increasing or proportional controller of the actuator can make the motor running clockwise or anticlockwise.
